Some Questions People
Like You Have Before Joining This Great Program:
Skinnyme135
Hi, I'm new today, and just can't believe
the interest in the diet plan. I have been using it since
2005. I use it about 3 times a year when my weight starts
to creep up. It's a fad/crash diet, no bones about it, but
it WORKS! If you follow it to a T for the 11 days, you will
drop the weight that it promises.
I can't send you the diet as you have to log in with a
password and it generates a new food plan every 11 days
from the same food choices, it just shifts them around.
You stick to the diet for 11 days and then you have 3 cheat
days where you can eat whatever you want and then you generate
the diet again. I usually only do it one time. All the foods
are mostly low carb foods. You get some fruits, lots of
veggies and lots of meat and nuts etc. There is also a vegetarian
version.
You have two columns of 22 food items and you have to pick
between 7 - 15 items from each column and then press the
generator and it will give you your plan for 11 days which
is printable.
If you are interested in trying it, I will email you the
food list and generate a sample for you before you spend
you $$$$$.
By Kell,
Hi there!
I am a really picky eater and I was wondering if the food
plan on this diet will work with the limited number of foods
I eat. I like only a few vegetables ( broccoli, brussel
sprouts, corn), only a few fruits ( apples, bananas). I
eat no red meat and limit my amounts of chicken and fish
as well as no eggs and very limited dairy ( like milk, eggs,
yogurt).
So, with all that being said, from what you guys have seen
with your meal plans, do you think it would be worth my
time to pay and start this diet if I have to follow the
guidelines for food above? Thanks.

First let me say there is a money
back guarantee according to the website
if the diet doesn't work for you.
The food plan is limited - there are 2 diets available
for the base price. One is the 11 days on/3 days off that
has a diet generator - you choose from 7 to 15 foods from
the proteins and 7 to 15 foods from the carb side from the
list they give you and then the diet is computer generated
for the 11 days. You have no control of when and how often
those foods come up. There is some variety.
From what you have said, I can tell you that corn and reg.
yogurt are not available. If you pick frozen yogurt, that
appears 2 times in my 11 days. There's a great Orange-Pineapple
Smoothie. I've also picked Cashews and peanuts and green
veggies. But realistically I think the diet is heavier on
the protein side as there are a lot of fish options, deli
roast beef, ham, turkey, & pastrami and, of course, chicken
breast, also eggs, milk, cottage cheese. The 2nd day is
a fruit only day and the 8th day is veggies and salad. Bread
is only available on fruit day if you select the sandwich
as one of your foods from the list.
The other diet in the handbook is for 10 days. Some people
prefer this one. This one tells you again what foods to
chose from and how many protein items and how many carbs
to have with each meal. But the choices are similar, only
you can pick what you want to eat for your meal.
I'm not sure what you are currently eating, but this diet
may be a challenge for you.

Do you eat only one thing or is it a complete
meal with additional food items? I've seen sample menu's
with single food items and another with multiple food items.

It sounds like you haven't bought the FL4I
(fatloss4idiots)diet
yet, so you have questions.
When I generate a diet from my selected foods, I have a
choice of usually 2 and sometimes 3 foods. From that you
can eat 1 of the foods for your meal or all of them. If
the meal is a smoothie, I may only have that since it fills
me up pretty well. But generally I eat all the foods listed
because I like all the foods I've chosen.
I'm new and have a few questions!!

Hi
I am on day 4 of the cycle and this is my first cycle.
I was doing really well and had lost 3 lbs but today I just
craved chocolate so much I had to have some - is this going
to totally mess up my plan or if i now continue with the
plan will i still lose weight by the end of the 11 days??
My cravings are so bad I feel like I have to binge and
then when i do I feel so bad - does anyone have any tips
how to beat the cravings of chocolate, sweets, etc??
Also if you don't eat all 4 meals a day does this matter?
A couple of days I have had 4 meals a day butthey they have
been more the 2½ hours apart...
If anyone can help it would be really good thanks x

Welcome to the forums! Its a little quiet on here but there
are a few of us.
As for the cravings, sweets are hard to break. They have
been my weakness all my life. Don't beat yourself up for
the chocolate. Just get right back to your plan. I'm guessing
a few extra calories are not going to mess up the other
10 days of healthy eating. Sticking to the plan is optimal
of course but I honestly believe that stopping the binge
before it beings is important. So maybe just one piece of
chocolate when your cravings are overwhelming. Are you eating
enough at every meal? If I don't eat enough at one meal
or let myself go too long between meals, I get to the point
that I don't care what I eat I'm just too hungry.
Stick to the four meals a day definitely. It helps with
your metabolism and should help with the cravings since
your body is continually getting fuel. You don't have to
eat every 2.5 hours but you should make sure that your meals
are at least that far apart.
Read through some of the older posts on the forum. I found
them very motivating and informational. But its always good
to talk to people in the now too!
Keep in touch,

Question about cooking and cheat days
Postby superfly on Sat Aug 01, 2009 12:05 am
I'm on cycle two of my diet. For my first cycle, I followed
the directions perfectly. I, being young and knowing almost
nothing about cooking, ate meals that were bland. However,
in this cycle, my mom, who has NOT read the rules, is trying
to convince me that some deviation from the rules and recipes
are okay.
For instance, she she claims adding vegetables to any of
my meals will not do any harm. For example, I just had a
shrimp meal today. I cooked the shrimp with onions, smashed
garlic, green beans, jalepenos, and scallion in olive oil
over a skillet. Is this okay? Last night I had chicken with
onions, carrots, garlic, and green beans. (Along with the
allowed salt and pepper) I understand her reasoning but
because this diet is unique, I want to know if adding all
these vegetables, and eating them, is okay. I understand
the garlic, jalepenos, and onions, because I can find these
in some sort of powder as a "seasoning salt",
so the natural and more fresh alternative seems okay. Should
I stay away from the other vegetables I've added?
Also, I've had my first cheat days a few days ago. I was
always conscious of what I was eating. I drank my 8-10 cups
of water, and have not eaten until i was completely full/bloated.
I had rice everyday, but not for every meal like I'm used
to, during those cheat days. Are there any types of foods
I should stay away from? Should I not really eat the things
in my meal plan?
Thanks
Re: Question about cooking and cheat days
Postby lin on Sat Aug 01, 2009 11:35 pm First, I would suggest you go back and just review
the rules. The choice is yours as to how much you stick
with the diet (unless you live with someone else and that's
not an option). The more you wander from the rules, the
handbook indicates your results may not be as good.
This diet is based on manipulating Proteins and Carbs.
Quite simply, if you're eating foods that were not supposed
to be in your meal, then you are not following the rules.
That's the joy of Diet Generator for the 11 day diet, you
don't need to plan what to eat, it does it for you. If you're
concerned about not getting enough nutrients, be sure to
take a multi-vitamin like I do. If you DO want to select
your own foods, then you may want to try the 10 day diet
that's in the Diet Handbook on Pages 4 thru 16.
If you want new ways to fix the food, check out the "Recipe"
thread here since that has a lot of suggestions to make
the meals much more tasty.
On the Diet Generator, the only time onions are mentioned
or allowed is on day 2 with the deli sandwich. Green beans
are a choice in the diet for carbs and I eat carrots in
the "mixed veggie" choice. Also, when the diet
calls for seasoning salts, I assume there is a reason for
it, so I'm someone who tries to stick close to the diet
rules with very little modification.
Your cheat days are to let you eat other foods such as
rice, pizza or pasta. So I don't see a problem with enjoying
those foods, since the weight put on then seems to come
off within the first 2 or 3 days of the new cycle. It's
good that you continued to drink water on those 3 days.
(When you say "cup", I assume you mean an 8 oz
glass.) It probably helped you keep full and not hungry.
I don't mean for this to sound like I'm coming down on
you for doing what your Mom suggests. So good luck with
whatever you do and continue to post here so we can see
how it works out for you.
